What We Do...

First Steps Boot Camp conducts a 45-60 minute continuous work out that will test you mentally as well as physically. First Steps accomplishes this through non-traditional activities such as obstacle courses, and general fitness exercises in a boot camp format.  The program is designed specifically for the individual's fitness success.  We offer the opportunity to socialize with others interested in getting fit. You are in charged of your commitment to the program. The program will aid you in diet through our expert diet analysis program and suggested workout volume, but we grant you the level of commitment. You can attend as much as Five times a week or as little as once a week. Our goal is your fitness success and we will not stop until our goal is reached. First Steps Boot Camp is a group exercise program but what sets us apart is our dedication to the individuals within the group. We modify our workout to fit each person's fitness level and work towards a goal.


How We Will Help
Exercise will aid in boosting your energy, which may lead to more productivity during your 8-hour work day. Participating in this type of training will open the inner fitness fanatic in you. The camp will test you and provide necessary support. At First Steps Boot Camp, we are a team, we work together, support one another and accomplish our goals.
