About Us

First Steps Boot Camp is brought to you by Athletes Helping Athletes (AHA). Athletes Helping Athletes was established in 2003 by a small group of professional athletes. They were determined to share their vast knowledge with youth and adults who had not yet found the training cycle that fit their needs. All Athletes Helping Athletes trainers are college educated, knowledgeable in the science of movement, body mechanics, and are currently or recently retired professional athletes. Trainers are also AHA certified through a series of vigorous test. Our trainers specialize in sports specific training as well as body sculpting through competitive and fulfilling training regiments. Along with, sports specific training and weight loss training, Athletes Helping Athletes works with TV personalities and specialize in body preparation for your next major event. We pride ourselves in providing a customized fitness regiment that caters to your needs, ability and goals. We promote life fitness and education today.... FOR A BETTER YOU TOMORROW!!!

 

Your Fitness instructor

Jonathan Jackson is curently a professional track athlete and a volunteer coach at Texas Christian University. He is a recent graduate and All American at TCU where he studied Comunication and Kinesiology. He has excelled in sports as well as training through his dedication to perfection. He is a upbeat, enthusiastic leader that tries to inspire everyone he works with. His influences  stretch from coaching at Ursuline Academy to being a leader of reading programs for the city of Fort Worth.  He is a influential person in the community in more ways than athletics. Though he has a very imaculate athletic resume he prides himself in his volunteer work and community service in the city of Fort Worth. He is simply driven to give back and assist youth in having a positive future. In Jonathan's work with Athletes helping Athletes his knowledge of health and fitness developed due to his determination to know more about body movement and what makes us tick. He aided in the development of the state of the art AHA Diet Analysis program, and developed training regiments that have transformed fitness.

  • 2008 TCU "Pop Boone" Athlete of the year
