How do you Like First Steps Boot camp?

I love Boot Camp and can definately tell a difference! I can also tell a difference when I dont make it 2 or 3 times a week, not good! Its a great full body, cardio work out.

I totally love it!  As a terrible insomiac, I was ectastic when I started sleeping better within the first week!  My energy level was up by the second week.  From that point on I knew I would not only survive each day at bootcamp, but I actualy WANTED to come.  How nuts is that??  I have lost inches and gained some wonderful friends ~ it's a WIN WIN!!

I absolutely love boot camp!!  I had been in a slump with my workouts for almost a year.  Just 4 weeks ago I started with First Steps and already notice so many great changes.  My energy level has increased, I've lost inches and my fitness/strength level has improved dramatically.  I recently tried another boot camp at my gym and it didn't even compare.  Mr. Jackson knows exactly what to do to "shock" your body and keep you on track with your personal goals!!

I love bootcamp and Jonathan, thanks for always pushing me. I will feel much better about my 2 piece this year while at the beach. It's fun and hard work that pays off.....

I had worked out with a trainer at $50 per hour for a couple of years off and on going as much as 3 times a week and have also worked out on my own, but nothing has been as successful as Jonathan's boot camp.  I have lost 9 lbs since May 17th and my clothes fit so much better!  It is hard work, but Jonathan always help you feel like you can accomplish your goals.  He always makes it fun, too.  I hate it when I miss!

I can tell a big difference in my strengh and fitness level since I joined 2.5 months ago.  It has improved my tennis game - I am much quicker to the ball and recover from sprinting much better.  I love being pushed to new levels by Jonathan's creative circuits.

I love First Steps Bootcamp.  I have done Bikram Yoga, Weight lifting, and Pilates, but nothing has been as effective and fulfilling as First Steps Bootcamp.  Jonathan has been very encouraging, attentive and pushes me to the next level.  I enjoy the different workouts he has layed out for us every night and I always look forward to it.  I always look for difficult things to accomplish for myself which helps me accomplish the simple things in life easier.  The workouts have been difficult, but it's amazing how I have accomplished each one and the progress I have made has been astonishing!  I have lost 18 lbs since May and have gained mucsle and strength and even my cardio has improved!  Thank you Jonathan and Jason for allowing me to have a better life!

First Steps Boot Camp is very effective!

Jonathan is an excellent instructor. He is constantly encouraging you to perform at your best and at the same time, always looking out for your safety. It’s hard work, but with self-discipline and consistent attendance, you will see results! (plus make some great friends along the way!)

I really enjoy coming...even though it is HARD and it really pushes me. I like that there is a group of people keeping me motivated. I can see more definition in my arms, flatter stomach and thinner hips...it has really just become a part of my day and I don't feel right unless I do the workout.

I joined FSBC because I was looking for that extra push. I didn't feel I was getting much out of my daily gym workout, and, I was getting bored. FSBC has definitely taken me out of my comfort zone. It pushes me to work out harder than I would alone at a gym. Each day is a challenge for me, but I always walk away with a sense of accomplishment.

I have been a member of First Steps Boot Camp for almost a year and a half now. Jonathan is an amazing instructor and pushes you during every workout. He tries new things to help shock your body so that it becomes stronger. Jonathan will always tell you that your “body is just tricking you” or “this is easy stuff.” It may not be the easiest class but over time you will see incredible results and find out that you have muscles that you never thought existed.
